Pulsar 是一個多租戶，服務器到服務器的高性能資訊解決方案。 Pulsar 最初是由Yahoo 開發，在2018年成為 Apache Software Foundation 的頂級專案。Pulsar 原生支持多集群運行，能夠無縫的基於地理位置 進行跨集群的備份，並具備非常低延遲的端到端資訊發佈，可無縫的擴展到超過百萬個topic，支援多種資訊訂閱模式：獨占（exclusive）、共用（shared）、鍵值模式共用（key_shared）和備援（failover）等，通過 Apache BookKeeper 提供的持久化消息存儲機制保證資訊的送達。
